Equal Rights Platform (“we”, “us”) is an international initiative that promotes equal rights, diversity and respect for human rights. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it.
1. Who is responsible
Equal Rights Platform is an initiative, not yet a registered legal entity. For any question about your data, write to us through our contact form.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, country, whether you contact us as an individual or an institution, the name of your institution (if applicable), the reason for contact and your message.
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your message.
- To process your request to join the platform or take part in its activities.
- To keep in touch about the collaboration or request you started.
We use your data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), and stored by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf only to deliver and store messages. The website also loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your messages only as long as needed to handle your request and the relationship that follows from it. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to us through our contact form. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
